Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Can I seek damages for a builder selling a home I had money invested in (down payment, upgrades, etc.) to another party. The contract he made had no expiration date on it. We sold our home and he refused to sell us the house and refuses to give our money back.
