Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I am seeking solutions in order to get my second mortgage modified, re-financed, or even eliminated.

I have been struggling with my second mortgage company (Bank of America) for nearly three years in efforts to get the loan modified, but have not been successful. To provide background, I had my first mortgage modified with my primary mortgage holder (GMAC) in 2010.

What legal options are currently available to me that will compel Bank of America to negotiate the terms of a second mortgage through a loan modification or re-finance program?

Thank you for your time! Have a good day!

Regards,

Howard

Howard,

The legal options to compel Bank of America to modify your second mortgage are NONE. You signed a contract that both you and Bank of America thought was a good deal. After all they didn't compel you to make the deal.
