do not want to sell home

Our home is currently under agreement of sale with all inspections complete. What are legal repocuctions for breaking the agreement and not selling our home?

Re: do not want to sell home

They will sue you for "specific Performance" and try to get the Court to transfer the property. Or you can offer to reimburse all expenses and commissions to be "let out".
