Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
I am trying to sell my house FSBO, worked out a binder , signed by the prospective buyers. albeit 10 days latyer than expected. another 10 days a a check for $1000.
I have not signed the binder. Am I legally bound to continue, or can I return the money and just not sell?

Well what does your lawyer say?
Clearly this is a complex question, Without know the terms of the offer its hard to say whether you have a binding contract or not.
