Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I am selling a house, for sale by owner, and offered a percentage to the buyer's real estate agent to assist with forms, etc. However, the agent is representing the buyer, not us. We were considering getting an attorney to make sure we aren't missing anything and don't have legal issues later. Can I sign the buyer's offer and obtain legal counsel after?

You can -- but I wouldn't advise it! Sign a contract and then hire an attorney to advise you how you possibly just screwed yourself? Bad idea, but I see it all the time.

Hire counsel first, and accept an offer second.
