Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
Sidewalk slab is 6 inches on neighbors property and 5 feet on mine. neighbor wants to replace it and said I am liable for my percentage. Can I be forced to pay this expense?

Talk with your township. Often the walks are the town's responsibility. If not, the question is do you want to replace the slab? Is it a tripping hazard? Should you replace it? Decide what the smart thing, and do it.
