SImple plain power of attorney

i want to get a plain power of attorney for refinancing in case my husband or i am away.does it come notorized or we have to go somewhere for that?we never did anything like this before. thank you!

Re: Simple plain power of attorney

A real estate power of attorney is far from simple. It would be easier and a lot cheaper to arrange to have the closing when you're both in town.
