single uncle, no children, no will

Single uncle, no childen died with no will. Survived by 2 living brothers w/children, 1 brother deceased with children and 1 sister deceased with one child. No executor named. What is the law in Pennsylvania concerning distribution of assets.

This depends on the size of the estate, but you should be able to resolve this by having someone draft a Family Settlement Agreement. You will also need someone appointed as executor of the estate as well as your other filing requirements.
