I have situation, okay I brought two cars from an auction and had them towed and parked in the front of my property I was waiting on the titles for them and then I was going to move them . A neighbor called and had my cars towed from in front of my house, I can not find where he had them towed to , Can I take any legal action in this situation

It would appear that you would have some claim against the neighbor for at least any costs you incurr to tow the cars back. If the facts are as you say you parked the car infront of your property and not your neighbor. Unless there is some sign that prohibited cars from being parked where you had them it would seem your neighbor was not authorized to have the cars towed. Of course the cars probably did not have any tags on them. Perhaps he thought they were abandoned. When you say he called and had them towed do you know by whom Did he call the township? your best bet would be to discuss the situation with an attorney as the facts are important in these situations.
