Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

we sold our property and got paid for it also but in contract he was to sell back to us 2 and 1/2 acers back with our house on it and he is not trying to do stuff to get it approved an final and recorded and we want our portion back in our names .how can we force him to do so.in contract it does say once it is recorded but he is not trying to do so.so he should be in default i would think so.

You take him to court by suing him. Asking the court to make him obey the contract.
