Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My son's wife separated from him in January 2010. Prior to leaving, she moved her sister's family in (2 adults and 5 children). The don't have a contract with my son, are not paying rent or helping with the bills. They have increased his electric and water bills. They will not leave and now they are telling him that they don't have to because this is their residence. How do we get them out????
