Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

street vacation

I would like to know who owns the street after it is vacated by the Borough. The deed for properties on both sides states that their property line extends 30 feet from center line of the street. Does each property owner get half? Thanks very much

Why don't you just ask the borough that is vacating the street. They should know. Of course if you end up with the additional land they will redo you property tax assessment.
