Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
There is a strip of land behind my house where I live it is 12 feet wide by 100 feel long, no one seems to know who owns it. How would I go about seeing who owns the property? Someone dug a ditch the 12 feet width and 100 feet long on the land and the water after it rains comes down into my back yard and floods it out to the point you can't go in the back yard for a long time because there is water all over the place. I need to find out who owns it so I can have them fix it so my back yard does not flood. February 01, 2014- the present.Have no lawyer
I live in Clarion PA
