im being sued

i have to go to court in mich i live in penn i want to know if i lose can they take or make me sell my motorcycle. i paid cash im on soc. sec. and have health issues

If you live in Pennsylvania how can they sue you in Michigan?

If they can and they manage to win they would have to domesticate the judgment in Pennsylvania to be able to go after your assets.
