Suing condo association

I purchased a condo on ground floor. During heavy rain I get water comming into my unit through the outside wall. I am not able to use my unit. I have been complaining to condo association and it's management company for 5 months now. They are drugging their feet and not doing anything.

If the area causing the problem is an area that is the responsibility of the Cond association you should pursue the matter by first reviewing your condo documents to see the procedure to follow. You also should obtain legal counsel to contact the association about the matter and if necessary pursue appropriate legal recourse.
