Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

have a summer home in Pennsylvania it is located in a HOA. my question is some of us live on county mantained roads yet we pay for road mantenance in our dues we are looking for attorney for class action law suit or pro bono to take our case to HOA do we have a case

You're joking right. You can afford a summer home yet you want an attorney to take your case for free. Even though you will potentially be financially better off.
