Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

survey pole moving

we bought a house next to the neighbor from hell. she has erected a split rail fence down the middle of a horseshoe drive that has existed between our properties for more than 25 yrs. leaving us only the back entrance to our home. she has put up sound and video cameras pointed directly into our kitchen window and back and front yards. the police are called constantly by her because we have done this that or the other thing to disrupt her life.can she legally film us in our own home? what about our privacy? she has shown the police the films shes taken of us, to which they tell us to just ignore her.yet they come EVERY time she complains. i dont want to sell my home, but i dont know what else to do. do we have a legal leg to stand on to get her to stop filming us? we were told that from now on they will cite us both for harrassment if they need to come again. i am not a loud nor violent person but am at my wits end.

Re: survey pole moving

There are so many issues that you raise that I suggest you obtain legal counsel. You may have a right to have the blocked driveway opened up and an action to prevent the neighbor from filming you. More information is needed and this is not the right forum to obtain information because of so many complex issues.
