Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Tenant

No lease term agreement, cost is $325 per month, paid $1950 in advance which constitutes for 5 months including lease deposit. Told landlord I do not want to stay because he does not do any of the repairs on december 15,2007 which I was on a conference call between him and my father. He kicked resumed to kick me out and t hreatened to keep my things in the house if i do not remove it within a short period of time. In addition He is not willing to pay my $625 that he owes me for the time that I wont be there. I left him 3 messages with his secretary, left 2 messages on his personal cellphone, wrote him 3 e-mails, and sent him a letter and still no response.

File a landlord tenant complaint in the district justice court.
