Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

After my tenant signed the lease and was in the process of moving in, they asked for "Locks" on the bedroom doors.

I thought this was a little strange...................

Is this something that I have to allow them to do?

Did they say why? Ifthey want to install them the remove them and fixxup the damage they do. I don't see a problem. However, it's strange
