Time Shares

My elderly parents want to get out of a Time Share they own in PA. The facility they own in are now condos and no amenities are now offered (pool, boating, etc)

Retain an attorney to review their contract which may be able to be terminated if they have changed to condos and no longer offer that for which they bargained.
