Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

whose name should be on title when one person is buying house and moving in with

My son is buying a house and paying for all costs, settlement, etc. His fiance will be moving in with him. Whose name should be on the title? They will be married in about one year. Would it be in the best interests of the person paying for the house to have the title in his name only, since the fiance will only be able to contribute very little money, and add her name later, or should both names be on the title. I am looking out for my son's best interests. Thank you.

I would have your son's name on the deed only. They can always add her name after they get married. Once they are married and live in the home, she will acquire rights merely because of the marriage.
