Transfer of deed to children
Can a father transfer an old deed containing 100+ acres to their children for 1 dollar even though parcels have been subdivided off of that 100+ acres. The total of acreage is allot less now.

To transfer property he needs to execute a new deed, that among other things describes the property being transferred.
