Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

A tree in my yard dropped several very large branches during a storm into my neighbor's yard. Who is responsible for removing the branches from my neighbor's yard? (The branches can't be reached from my yard, and I would have to hire someone to go into my neighbor's yard to cut them up and remove them.)

You could just be a good neighbor and talk to them and ask what they want you to do. For all you know they want to cut the branches for firewood. What your offering is reasonable. So try talking you don't need a lawyer.
