Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

TreeS

In April i spoke with the home builder and code enforcer outside my home about two trees that have become loose and are leaning on other trees to hold them up on my property. This is due to the Weakening of the ground from the dynamite they use to blow up the granite rock for the foundations of the new homes. He said in April he would remove the trees in June 0f 2005 which didn't happen. Now it is Jan 2006 one of the trees has fallen. So i called back and he said he never said any such thing. My Question is: What can i do legally to have the builder remove them?

Re: TreeS

I suggest you get legal counsel to assist you. You should verify the conversation with the code officer and might ask him not only to verify the conversation, but to assist you with the builder. Otherwise, you will have to get and estimate on the cost of removal and sue the builder. Gerald Hershenson
