Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

The unit above me has a leak and water has damaged my ceiling. There is mold and the ceiling is bowing I have addresssed this with the owner ( who rents the property out), who is responsible to repair the damage? Every time the upsatirs neighbor uses this shower it worsens.

I would contact the housing authority to inspect the premises too see if it is creating a health hazard. You should consult with an attorney as to your options as it appears the owner is not taking appropriate action to take care of the problem.
