Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
I have a vehicle that's in my name and my exs name, I paid for vehicle, have had possession of vehicle since purchase and I have the title. My ex is refusing to sign over the title unless I pay her. I signed off on our other vehicle for her no problem. I want to sue her to sign over the title, can I? Can I do it in small claims court or is an attorney best for this?

I would recommend that you hire a lawyer, because they might be able to work this out for you without going to court. You have a lot more options with a lawyer than just going to court. It might just make the situation worse.
Hope that helps!
