Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

No water

I live in a mobile home park.For the last 3 wks our landlord has turned off the water without any warnings at any time of the day.We never know when it is going off or on. Myself,my 16 mo old,and pet are in the house all day without water. What can I do? Does he have to give us notice of water being turned off?

Re: No water

If the landlord agreed to supply water it is improper to shut off the water without notice. Is he making repairs? I suggest you call the local Board of Health.
