Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My wife and I own our home and we have just turned 61 and 60. We want to add our children to the title of the home to avoid any taxes for them down the road. What should we be concerned about? Wee are both in good health and plan to be around a long time.

That's a great question but not one which can be answered by email. There are too many possible situations. There are a lot of YouTube videos, but you really should see a lawyer face to face to have your wills done anyway and get your questions answered.
