Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My wife passed away in july 09 the mortgage is still in her name what should I do I am not working at present but have paid the mortgage every month

If the property was owned by her solely, then you need to have the estate transfer the property to the heir, which is hopefully you, and then you need to refinance the property to pay off that loan and replace it with another loan.
