Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My wife has property left to her by her mother. There is one other person on the deed, we need to sell the property but can not find that person. Not sure if this person is still alive.sent messages to last known address, letters keep coming back. Need to sell because we now live in Florida and the property is located in Harrisburg, Pa.
