Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My wife & I have a recreation property in PA and there are 4 names on the deed. The individuals who were to pay the yearly dues and taxes did not and the property is up for judicial sale. Can the association where the property is located place a lien on my primary home for back dues and not hold the other 2 individuals on the deed not accountable?
