Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My wife & I are 65 yrs.old and not in the greatest of health. We want sale our house to our son, our only child, for $1 so he does not have to pay any taxes and so we will not have to account for our home if we end up in a nursing home. How do we sale the home for a $ to ur son? And is that a good idea?

Bad idea - for you and for your son.

Talk to an experienced elder lawyer as soon as possible. If you make a transfer, you may lose your eligibility for assistance if/when you need nursing home or similar care.
