Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

What can you do?

I know someone that was accused of sexual harassment at work. But I know that the person did not do it. Is there a way to protect someone who is not guilty?

The are numerous factors that go into this type of case. (i.e. was the person in a supervisory capacity?) Also, I am unclear as to what you want to protect your friend from.

Another factor to consider is where your friend is employed. Pennsylvania, for instance, is an employment at will state. Does your friend have an employment contract?
