Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

What Can my Boyfriend do?

My boyfriend was accused of sexual harassment. I wanted to know what he can do to prove that he did not do it. Or if there is something eles that he can do. It is hurting him(b/f) and myself(g/f). The person said that he touched his behind. They both are employees at Wal*Mart. The manger belives the other guy, because he has been there longer then he has been.

Thank you

Re: What Can my Boyfriend do?

Your boyfriend is in the position of having to prove a negative --that is, to prove an event didn't take place or an incident didn't take place. I think most of your strategy is dictated by what Wal-Mart is doing on this issue. Did Wal-Mart start some investigation into the incident or some disciplinary action against your boyfriend?

Remember, Pennsylvania is an at-will state, meaning that either party can terminate the employment relationship with or without notice for any reason. Of course, there are exceptions to this rule.
