Bullying and soliciting donations for ''furthering your Career''

I have worked for a fortune 500 co. for 8.5 years and have performed extremely well as job evals will show. I have been taking bullying from a male mgr for 3 yrs approx sabatoging me, defacing my work property, yelling in front of workers etc, parking my car in, undermining my authority while leaving work for hours at a time & putting all responsibillity on me. I went to new boss and he refuses to get involved and is harassing me as well. There was an affair w\2 in mgmt they overlook, one was caught in lockerroom with a man dressing ! I was just told that I need to give more to United Way in order to ''Further my career'' and that it could cost me assignments etc. I am a mess, proof of timecard altering, employee harassment etc. PLEASE can I sue ?????Can anyone help me ? We have dates and times and witnesses...many mostly women.

If you are being mistreated because you are a woman, then you have a valid claim. If, however, the offending person mistreats males and females equally, you would not have a legal remedy.

If you think the harassment is related to your sex you should seek an attorney knowledgeable in employment law without delay.
