Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

Harassed by Taco Bell employee.

My husband and I went to a Taco Bell drive-thru in Shrewsbury,PA. Upon arrival there was a vehicle with 2 young males in front of us.Both parties had to wait Approx. 3 mins. before we were noticed there. After placing our order(in the amount of $14.00)we proceeded to the pick-up window. Where the teller looked at my spouse and I and said "the guys in the car in front of you wanted me to tell you that you are sexy(refering to me)".With both my spouse and I being very aggrivated we paid and left promptly. After our 20min. drive home we discovered that we only recieved half of our order.I am very disturbed by this and will no longer go to this establishment and will have to drive 45min. to another Taco Bell or any other Mexican style food.Do you think I could find representation? And if so do you think I have a case?

Re: Harassed by Taco Bell employee.

This incident was not sexual harassment.

Several explanations can be made:

(1) The teller was telling the truth and accidentally did not fill the order properly.

(2) The teller was telling the truth and used the story to distract you so that he could get away with taking the $7 for himself.

(3) The teller was not telling the truth, but was, himself, flirting with you and accidentally did not fill the order properly.

(4) The teller was not telling the truth, but was, himself, flirting with you and used the story to distract you so that he could get away with taking the $7 for himself.

(5) The teller was not telling the truth AND was not flirting with you . . . and used the story to distract you so that he could get away with taking the $7 for himself..

Did I miss some possible permutations?

I suggest that next time when someone says

something "flirtatious" to you, just smile and say, "Thank you," and then check your purchase.
