Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

During a feedback session My boss told me that he thought I came to work ''looking like I was up drinking, smoking and fu*cking all night'' Since then I have been concerned that he has shared this thought with other bosses and I worry what people think of me. Additonally, I've been passed up for 2 promotions because I don't have his support. I feel I'm in a hositle work environment, is this the case?

The comments are inappropriate. You may have a claim. However you do not indicate time frames of when these things happened. you also do not indicate that you notified any one of the inapprorpriate remarks. I suggest you discuss the matter with an attorney at once to see if you may have recourse.
