Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

What are my legal rights

I have three partners (men). We do consulting work for a very large company. From 2000 to 2002 another consultant working with us on the project had made sexual approaches to me. Our client warned him, and he moched me by saying ''I can only talk to you professionally''. The situations continued. Example - In an elevator he slammed up against me and I had to push him off. My client and two partners were present. He asked me why women don't like sex as much as men. When was the last time I had sex. He also told me that if I had sex with him and my client I would get all the work I could handle. Because this client is our largest client, one partner decided it was best for me to stay away from the project. Now that my partners are picking up my work load and I am not as billable, there is friction in the company and they want to buy me out. I have documented all the incidences. The incidences happened in several states during our travels. The client is located in one state, the man who performed the act in another and our company is located in PA. I have heard that the client's company has zero tolerance against sexual harassment. Is there anything I can do? My partners have recently told me to get over it, and move on.
