Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

I made a sex tape with a guy while I was 16 he was a bit older. I vaguely remember the incident, so I think I may have been drugged. He has showed to many people. And continues to daunt me about it. I am now 28 married and have a family. i was too ashamed when I was younger to tell authorities about it. What are my options?

If you were underage a crime may have been committed,. I would contact the district atorney's office to see if they can do anytrhing though there may be statute of limitation issues.
