Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania
non co-worker
me and a co-worker seated at an outside table. an armed security gaurd not working for my employer. makes sexually crude remarks to me. my co worker is a female around 58-60 years of age. I am a male 42 security gaurd male mid 30's what are our options?

It is certainly possible for you to be sexually harassed, and even though the security guard was an outside contractor, both your company and the security company could be held liable. Call our offices as soon as possible to discuss. You can also e-mail me directly.
