Then showed them to other males and intended on putting them on the internet.I'm a teacher and my daughter was one of the girls he (another student) took a picture of under her desk and others from behind and down their shirts. The school said that their was no laws broken. I say it is sexural harrisment and that is a law and they still don't know what this kid has on the internet now. The surreptitious videotaping of persons for sexual gratification is a crime in Pennslyvania. If the school is not taking any action you should contact the District Attorney. You may also have a right to bring a civil claim aagainst the boy and/or the school. I would urge you to contact a lawyer to review the situation in detail and advise you of your rights.
