If the employee of a company sexually harassed a customer who paid to enter the location, where should the complaint be filed? With the employee's company? How can one find out the policies of said company related to sexual harassment?

It depends upon the facts of this case. If you were an employee, you would have a different place to file. If you are a member of the public, it depends what was done to you.
