Re: In School touching
A school may be held liable for failing to take action after being made aware of sexual harassment by another student. The extent of the school's liability will depend on the particular circumstances which you should review with a kowledgeable attorney as soon as possible. Most attorneys in this field will provide you with an initial consultation without charge.
