Sexual ''abuse'' in the work place

My brother is being accused of sexual ''abuse''. Apparently some girl lost her balance and knocked into him. He in turn lost his balance and when all was said and done her pants had come down a little bit and she is saying that he tried to pull them down and is accusing him of sexual abuse. The company has consulted lawyers and is telling him he may lose his job even though he didn't do anything. He's afraid to consult a lawyer because he doesn't want to look guilty because he didn't do anything. What should he do?

He is in trouble, because that story is just not credible.
