Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

Can an employer say they will fire you if you do not work with someone, while they are doing there investagation into sexual harssament? I work in a warehouse and asked to be moved to another job when I filed the complain, I was told that he would get a warning. I am new there and like my job, but don't want to be there with him or all his friends. If I don't go I am fired if I go they are going to make things worse for me. I am not sure what to do. I was also told not to tell anyone.
