my boss put his hand down my shirt and grabbed my breast i was so uncomfortable to go back to work so i just quit and reported it to the police can i sue him for this?

It sounds that yout boss besides his grossly unacceptable behavior may be guilty of sexual harassment as well as perhaps other actionable claims. You may depending on the circumstances even have a claim for unemployment compensation if your quitting the job is viewed as a forced quit and not a voluntary quit becuase of circumstances. In any event you hould contact an attorney immediately. You also may want to contact the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commision or the EEOC in order to file a potential claim. You do not indicate the size of of the company which may have bearing on claims you may have. Also whether your boss was the owner of the company.
