Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania
Sexual Harassment
I am a mang. in training at a resturant, I was sexually harassed by three women one of which is a manager who is supposed to be training me, another is a crew member who invited me out for a good time at a strip club with her and her friends, and another is the mother of 3 with one child on the way, said that in her ''condition'' she would make it so I was really sore. The only thing she did not say is that she wanted to have sexual relations with me because most of everything everyone said was done over the headsets in the kitchen. The were also talking about lubing things up and other grotesqe things.
What should I do, do I have a case, I dont feel comfortable and I am going to lose my job if I dont figure out what I am supposed to tell the district Mang.
These three women are all not going to be here after Feb. 20th... Should I even pursue this or should I just deal with it?

Re: Sexual Harassment
You should NOT just deal with it. First, you need to advise management IN WRITING, and KEEP a copy of your writing. It doesn't have to be mean, but politely advise them of the problem. KEEP a copy of what you write. Then telephone or e-mail our offices so that we can represent you before the EEOC and the PHRC to resolve this problem and secure recovery on your behalf. I can e-mail the documents directly to you. We use short questionnaires that allow us to determine how much you are entitled to recover.
