Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

sexual harassment and returning to work.

I have filed a sexual harassment aligation at my place of employment and am uncomfortable at my place of employment. I had several witnesses to confirm my aligation and I get very nervous when i try to return to work,(ie. brake out in hives and anxiety attacks) Am i entitled to unemployment compensation until this is handled satisfactorily?

Re: sexual harassment and returning to work.

You will be entitled to unemployment compensation if the harassment is found to be a necessitous and compelling reason for leaving your job. Whether or not your situation qualifies depends on the specific nature of the harassment. You should have you situation reviewed by an attorney familiar with employment law to insure your rights are protected.
