Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

sexual harassment

I was working as a temp for a large company for the last 2 months. Over these 2 months my supervisor has made sexual comments, joke, comments on my appearance, touched me on shoulder numerous time, called me cutie pie and also made other comments that made me feel very uncomfortable. I notified the temp agency Monday, 3/26/00 that I would not be returning and an incident report was filled out. I was also notified by the company that I was working at and they are filing an incident report. Was are my rights as an employee. I was about to become a permenant employee with this company. Now I have to search for another job while this man will probably get a slap on the wrist? Can I file a complain to receive compensation for work time that I lost and looking for another job?

Re: sexual harassment

If you were a permanent employee of the company where you were harassed, the answer to your question would be simpler to answer. However, since you were a temp other issues must be addressed. If you would liek to discuss your situation with me, I would be happy to do so.
