Sexual harassment can't be explained away. Either the inappropriate conduct stops or the victim files charges (in this case a lawsuit).

I would have two suggestions, neither of which is legal advice. If a person puts you in a position that is compromising, such as "cornering" you. Feel free to kick as hard as you can (you know what I mean). Look up the laws regarding assault and self defense in the Pennsylvania statutes. You may also want to talk to the local women's shelter about what to do. Further, if the person is married, feel free to complain to his wife.

If the activity continues, document meant it and call me. Sexual harassment either stops, or it is actionable. The employer's failure to stop it makes the employer liable for damages, as well as the employee.
